Integrated Software Applications

One thing that distribution networks do, is target industry

For instance, if you were selling marketing materials or packaged technology like email, IM, software like that into integrated automobile industry segments, or any segment because most have them now, then those types of markets are just booming, and they franchise out communications or whatever product from there, because groups use such things. I’ve stated that I liked the lifegroup concept because then those groups multiply as they copied it from an Atlanta church pastor I think. (I’m probably off, but something like that) So starting a group centered around what it is that you are accomplishing is kind of cool if groups can sustain themselves city to city. IF not groups, then marketing materials to churches directly. There are so many ideas in and around such things like that, I simply like the idea that a church can setup shop quite easily online, kind of like church facebook groups or something. A brand where you have Church groups who are producing content from the crowd for your TV station. Well, how that is different than youtube, is there are things like teachertube. I’m sure there are religious ones, many that have failed. I mention youtube because I read about it there. IF someone mentions it in a negative way, then that needs to become their strength more than likely. Oh, a simple name like churchtubes.com could be a channel for Witty TV if I get it at all, which allows user churches to upload content, kind of like Ted.tv or something. The big thing is hits so I don’t have a lot of confidence in people uploading, but if you could sign contracts and get churches everywhere to syndicate their content, then people could go there and view about anything religious online. It could be the world’s largest gathering of religious institution. Then rather than trying to market to anybody, you are creating something to draw people in.

Anyway, that is the kinds of ideas that I get from glancing at a few keywords. There are lots of ideas out there, and it is hard to pick anything really, or even change the world. You can gather some capital, then set out to be the best at something.

Like there are many different religions, why not have a peaceful forum where everything is gathered in one place. You could go in, select your religion, then listen to the best of what is offered. There are many metro churches across the USA, and I would love to see tv marketed in that way, or even on simple ideas, somehow create networks which are leveraged by production. Scott developed Webcasts.com, which I told him, now is the time for that stuff, right now. Back then, it wasn’t. Now with popular media, you could view Japanese religion, all sorts of speeches and religion all over the world, and what is most significant to you wins. I don’t believe that we should only know about one sort of church. The reason is, how can you have an objective opinion, if you don’t know what stuff is. Christian people need to not be afraid, and challenge what they believe with the rest of the world, and that is how I believe God wants it. I don’t know why I say that, only that I believe that we are given a choice, and an opportunity if we decide to accept it. In that regard, building a new form of church, is something I believe would be blessed.

Something apocalyptic would be cool, but not weird. I say church, which is an off the target idea because why wouldn’t you develop or open a church specific to the subject matter. Starting churches have huge benefits. One, you can raise a lot of money at churches. That is why there are so many nice buildings everywhere. Two, you can provide content that is relevant to what is going on. A religious tv channel is only serving a certain type of viewership, new churches, serve new memberships, and develop new leaders. Many kids today, need alternate channels as well, as well as busy people. Lifechurch is okay, but it is kind of a local brand. They seem kind of ticked that I never go to a local church.

Anyway, that is how I get from something like Witty.Tv or whatever, to saying something like, why not just start a church rather than trying to hock distribution networks, and online tv tubes. How about, something like,

Church of New Media – something plain and simple like that, but uniquely stated for a specific cause. Then you can hire or put on stage, your own speakers, topics, etc.
